While the staff were friendly, it would be beneficial for maintenance to improve overall room functionality.

Having only one functioning elevator can turn wait time into a saga!!! !!! The shower's poor drainage is a missed opportunity for comfort!!! A little more attention to room maintenance could elevate the overall experience!!!

I stayed for two nights and enjoyed the proximity to downtown attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium and the Riverwalk. The room was clean and spacious, and I appreciated having an accessible layout for my scooter. The breakfast service was delightful, and the staff in the café were particularly friendly. However, I found the parking fees a bit steep, and the shower head in my room was quite noisy, which detracted from the overall experience.
